Your New Role

• Lead ground penetrating radar scanning and non-destructive testing operations in Portland, OR

• Perform concrete scanning, utility locating, and structural assessments

• Analyze and interpret GPR data using industry software such as GPR-SLICE or similar tools

• Deliver clear, accurate reports and communicate findings to clients and internal teams

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new project opportunities

• Train, mentor, and support technicians as the team expands

• Maintain strict standards for safety, accuracy, and quality control

• Minimum 5 years of experience in GPR, concrete scanning, or subsurface investigation

• Strong knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and data interpretation

• Experience using GPR software and reporting tools

• Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role

• Strong communication skills with both clients and field teams

• Valid driver’s license
