Your New Role

• Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site, office & construction sites)

• Own the full project lifecycle from bidding and budgeting to boots-on-the-ground execution and closeout.

• Perform detailed cost estimating and material take-offs for structural and flatwork concrete.

• Coordinate labor, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

• Lead internal project meetings and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.

• Track jobsite documentation, change orders, and job costing with software like Bluebeam, Procore, and PlanSwift.

• Ensure every jobsite meets safety and quality standards, without exception.

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience, including 2+ years in project management or estimating

• Strong knowledge of structural and flatwork concrete systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software

• OSHA 10 certification

• Proficient with estimating/project management software: Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, Microsoft Project

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Must be comfortable working in both office and construction site environments

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
