Your New Role

  • Supervise and guide a crew of 3–5 workers on concrete construction projects

  • Handle day-to-day site operations and make decisions to keep projects running smoothly

  • Operate machinery, including skid steers and mini excavators

  • Set forms and pour concrete for pole bases, sidewalks, pads, and manholes

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and well-organized

  • Maintain communication with project managers and ensure quality work

  • This position is based in Tulsa, OK, and the surrounding area

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in concrete construction

  • At least 1 year of experience in a foreman or crew leadership role

  • Ability to manage and complete jobs with minimal supervision

  • Skilled in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete

  • Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to keep projects on schedule
