• Hours: Full-time schedule, 41-50 hours per week; typical work hours are 7 AM - 4 PM.

Your New Role

As a Concrete Finisher with Homestead Paving, you’ll:

• Screed and finish concrete with hand tools, floats, and occasionally power trowels.

• Apply decorative finishes, stamps, and other specialized techniques.

• Place and level concrete formwork alongside crew and foreman.

• Tie and place reinforcement as required for each project.

• Perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete construction.

• Collaborate with a hardworking, efficient team on a variety of commercial projects.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.

• Ability to work a minimum of five days a week.

• Reliable transportation to projects in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

• Driver’s license preferred.
