Are you a master of the trowel and ready to turn concrete into craftsmanship? We're looking for skilled professionals who take pride in their finish and want to be part of a team that sets the bar high—and keeps it there.

Pay Range: $66,500–$76,900 annually (Hourly pay with overtime opportunities)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm (40 hours/week + overtime)

Your New Role
Located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho — at job sites around the area, you’ll:
Finish and smooth concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Set forms, prep surfaces, and work with commercial-grade materials
Maintain and care for company-provided tools and equipment
Work efficiently with your team to ensure high-quality placement and finishing

Job requirements
3–5 years of concrete finishing experience in construction
Ability to operate hand and power tools
High school coursework completed
Comfortable working outdoors in a construction environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to arrive on time and work full-time, including overtime as needed
Responsible for maintaining company tools and equipment
Background check required
