Hourly pay: $28 to $42 based on experience
Weekly pay
Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
Overtime opportunities available
On-call rotation every 3 weeks with $200 bonus for emergency calls billed after 4 PM

Exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems including rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines in Burlington, KY and throughout the Northern Kentucky Metropolitan Area and Cincinnati
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and efficiency
Respond to emergency service calls including evenings and weekends as needed
Participate in an on-call rotation every 3 weeks
Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations

Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience
Strong experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
Journeyman license preferred but not required
EPA certification preferred or expected
Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot systems independently
Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a background check
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle emergency service calls
