What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Handle installation and maintenance of commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

• Identify and resolve issues involving electrical components, mechanical systems, controls, and refrigeration equipment

• Conduct preventative maintenance to improve system performance and catch potential equipment issues early

• Handle scheduled service appointments and emergency repair requests across the assigned service territory

• Record completed work, equipment findings, and service details accurately using company-issued technology

• Explain equipment issues, completed repairs, and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers

• Participate in the company's on-call rotation

• Strengthen your technical abilities through company-funded training and ongoing education

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of practical HVAC/R experience preferred

• EPA Certification required

• Strong knowledge of HVAC system diagnostics, electrical fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments safely

• Proficiency with mobile technology and service management software for documenting work

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license

• Availability to participate in scheduled on-call duties

• Ability to travel within an approximately two-hour service area

• Reliable, receptive to feedback, and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship

• Comfortable managing service tasks independently while working effectively with other team members

• Previous experience servicing commercial HVAC/R systems preferred

• NATE Certification is an advantage

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is beneficial
