Your New Role As a Commercial HVAC Technician:

• Diagnose and repair advanced commercial air conditioning systems and controls.

• Flex your problem-solving muscles to maintain optimal customer satisfaction.

• Engage in continuous learning through manufacturer and safety training.

• Uphold our high service standards, backed by your strong customer service skills.

What’s in It for You:

• Competitive base pay of $28 to $33 per hour, with most Commercial HVAC Technicians earning between $80,000 and $100,000 annually.

• Earn 3% of the revenue from your completed jobs.

• Weekly pay and one week of vacation starting, increasing to two weeks after three years, with major paid holidays and optional supplemental Aflac insurance.

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and authorization to work in the U.S.
