Your New Role

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems on construction projects throughout Denver, Colorado

• Fabricate, modify, fit, and install sheet metal ductwork based on project specifications

• Install spiral duct, rectangular duct, dampers, hangers, VAV boxes, and exhaust systems

• Assist with rooftop unit installation, refrigeration piping, and commercial kitchen hood systems

• Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, specifications, layouts, and construction drawings

• Coordinate installation work with plumbing, electrical, and other skilled trade teams

• Make field adjustments and modifications when site conditions require them

• Support apprentices and smaller installation crews as needed

• Verify completed HVAC installations meet project specifications, airflow requirements, and applicable safety standards

• Communicate project progress, field changes, and installation needs with foremen and project managers

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience

• Experience installing rooftop units, refrigeration piping, and commercial kitchen hood systems

• Strong sheet metal fabrication, ductwork installation, and field modification skills

• Ability to read blueprints and complete accurate HVAC layouts and installations

• Experience documenting and communicating field modification requests

• Basic English communication skills for team coordination and jobsite safety

• Ability to work at heights and on active commercial construction sites

• Must provide your own basic hand tools

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to project locations within a 30-mile radius of Denver, Colorado

• Willingness to relocate to the Denver area if currently located outside the region
