Your New Role

  • Install and modify commercial HVAC duct systems on active construction projects throughout Denver, CO

  • Fabricate and adjust sheet metal ductwork in the field to match project conditions

  • Install spiral duct, rectangular duct, dampers, hangers, VAV boxes, and exhaust systems

  • Assist with installation and connection of rooftop units, refrigeration piping, and commercial kitchen hood systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints, project drawings, specifications, and HVAC layouts

  • Coordinate with other trades including plumbing and electrical teams to maintain project timelines

  • Support and guide apprentices and smaller crews when needed

  • Verify installations meet project specifications, airflow standards, and safety expectations

  • Complete daily jobsite updates and communicate progress with foremen and project managers

Job requirements

  • At least 6 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience

  • Hands-on experience with rooftop units, refrigeration piping, and commercial kitchen hood systems

  • Strong field fabrication and onsite problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate HVAC layout and installation work

  • Experience supporting and documenting field modification requests

  • Basic English communication skills for coordination and jobsite safety

  • Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments

  • Must have your own basic hand tools

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to travel to nearby project locations including Nederland, CO

  • Open to relocating to the Denver area if currently outside the region
