Your New Role

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units and control systems

• Complete equipment startups, RTU replacements, and commercial HVAC inspections

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of commercial equipment

• Accurately document service work and job details for each assignment

• Communicate repair recommendations and system findings with customers and internal team members

• Coordinate parts and materials needed to complete service calls efficiently

• Follow company safety practices and service standards on every job site

• Participate in a rotating daytime weekend on call schedule

• Travel throughout Denver, Colorado, and the surrounding metro area to support commercial customers

• At least 7 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Hands on experience with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems is required

• Residential only HVAC experience does not meet the requirements for this position

• Experience servicing rooftop units, commercial HVAC equipment, system startups, and equipment replacements

• Knowledge of commercial building controls and HVAC troubleshooting techniques

• Universal EPA Certification required

• Valid driver's license

• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and service documentation

• Comfortable working independently in commercial environments

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to complete accurate service reports and related documentation
