Pay range of $50,000 to $90,000 per year with performance-based incentives
Full-time schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekend coverage
Sign-on bonus up to $2,000

Perform commercial HVAC service and maintenance in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration units
Service ductwork, electrical components, and control systems
Troubleshoot airflow, refrigerant, and electrical issues with precision
Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and recommended solutions
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Follow all HVAC safety standards and compliance regulations

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience
EPA Certification Type II or Universal
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments
Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical environments preferred
