Your New Role

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems only, including advanced control systems

• Perform equipment startups, rooftop unit changeouts, and detailed commercial site surveys

• Complete accurate service notes, jobsite documentation, and required paperwork for every call

• Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams regarding system conditions and repair recommendations

• Identify required parts and coordinate sourcing to complete repairs efficiently

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold strong hygiene standards on all job sites

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all commercial locations

• Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage during daytime hours only

• Travel to commercial job sites throughout Denver, Colorado, and the Denver Metro Area

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience required, residential experience alone will not be considered

• Proven experience with rooftop units, startups, changeouts, and commercial control systems

• Universal EPA Certification for HVAC/R required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for commercial HVAC equipment

• Ability to complete detailed service notes and job-related documentation consistently

• Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial field environment
