Full time schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a fair rotating weekend schedule

This role is based in Tampa, Florida and focuses on servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems throughout the Tampa area. You will work primarily in the field, visiting customer sites each day, with occasional trips to the Tampa office to pick up parts, supplies, or coordinate with the team. Your work will support a wide range of commercial clients, including office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and industrial environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Service ductwork, control systems, and refrigeration units
Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
Communicate clearly with clients about system conditions and solutions
Complete accurate service documentation and records
Keep your assigned service vehicle organized, stocked, and job ready
Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards

At least 3 years of hands on commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience
EPA Certification Type II or Universal
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Proficient with hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments
Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical settings preferred
