Earnings range of $80,000 to $140,000 per year based on base pay plus performance-based incentives

Drive business development as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative in Livermore, CA and surrounding 30 to 40 mile territory
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
Identify and pursue service, retrofit, and energy-efficiency opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and project scope
Develop proposals and project estimates aligned with client needs and company standards
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution
Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals
Follow a typical schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs

Strong experience in commercial HVAC sales with exposure to estimating
Solid understanding of HVAC systems including energy-efficient solutions
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Experience preparing proposals or project estimates
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
