Drive business development as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative within your assigned territory
Generate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
Identify and pursue commercial HVAC service, retrofit, and energy-efficiency projects
Conduct site visits to evaluate client needs and project scope
Develop proposals and estimates aligned with customer requirements
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Follow a typical schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs

Experience in B2B sales; HVAC, construction, or mechanical services experience preferred
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship management
Experience with estimating or proposal development is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
