Your New Role

  • Drive business development as a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative in Livermore, CA and surrounding 30 to 40 mile territory

  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and client outreach

  • Identify and pursue service, retrofit, and energy-efficiency opportunities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and project scope

  • Develop proposals and project estimates aligned with client needs and company standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution

  • Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals

  • Follow a typical schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs

Job requirements

  • Strong experience in commercial HVAC sales with exposure to estimating

  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems including energy-efficient solutions

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships

  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory

  • Experience preparing proposals or project estimates

  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
