Your New Role

Based in Conshohocken, PA, and serving Metro Philadelphia, Delaware, and South Jersey, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Meet with contractors to understand their projects and recommend the right products

• Educate customers on product features and benefits

• Read blueprints and prepare accurate quotes and estimates

• Follow up on quotes and close deals

• Generate submittals for sold products and enter orders with manufacturers

• Communicate production schedules and lead times with customers

• Handle challenges that arise while maintaining strong relationships with customers and factories

• Follow established administrative procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• 3+ years in the commercial and industrial construction industry (preferably HVAC)

• Blueprint reading experience

• A car and a valid driver’s license are essential

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both customer and manufacturer challenges

• HVAC knowledge or experience is highly advantageous

• Comfortable working independently
