Your New Role

Based in Dallas, TX, you'll be on the front lines of Commercial HVAC project management:

• Visit job sites to oversee operations and ensure project teams have what they need in advance

• Manage project schedules, manpower, billing, and profitability

• Bridge the gap between the field and office with seamless communication and leadership

• Maintain and improve processes that boost efficiency and team satisfaction

• Plan ahead—2 to 4 weeks out—ensuring teams and tasks are fully aligned

• Lead by example, upholding quality standards across all phases of work

• 5–10 years in Commercial HVAC construction project management

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, profitability, and team management

• Familiar with NAC codes and regulatory standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to thrive in both office and construction site environments

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
