$35–$40/hour based on experience
Weekly pay
Per diem provided
Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Overtime opportunities available

Lead commercial new construction projects across multiple states

Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations
Supervise field crews and maintain project timelines
Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews
Train and support technicians in the field
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Troubleshoot installation and system issues as needed
Maintain OSHA and company safety standards
Complete installation reports, documentation
Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment remain job-site ready
Projects are located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Commercial HVAC new construction experience
Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred
EPA Certification or Universal EPA Certification required
Kentucky Journeyman License preferred
Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical components
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Ability to travel regionally for projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage crews effectively
