Pay starting at $35+ per hour - weekly pay cycle
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday

Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana
Supervise the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
Coordinate job site activities to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Train and support HVAC technicians in the field
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews
Troubleshoot HVAC/R systems and resolve installation issues as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Complete job documentation, installation reports, and timecards accurately
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition

Experience in commercial HVAC new construction installation
Previous lead technician or crew leadership experience preferred
EPA Certification or Universal EPA Certification required
Kentucky Journeyman License preferred
Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical components
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Experience using HVAC installation tools and equipment
Ability to travel throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift equipment and work in varying job site conditions
