Your New Role

• Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installations, service, and repairs

• Diagnose complex system issues, including rooftop units, boilers, and controls

• Manage and guide technicians on job sites to ensure productivity and quality

• Coordinate daily workflows to keep projects on schedule and within scope

• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and stakeholders

• Work across commercial environments such as offices and large-scale facilities

• Handle a mix of installation, service, and advanced troubleshooting responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for both technical execution and team performance

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with a focus on commercial systems

• Proven leadership or lead technician experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC equipment

• Experience with rooftop units, boilers, and control systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• EPA certification required or preferred (depending on the role)

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to manage job responsibilities independently and lead a team effectively

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
