Your New Role

As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in turnkey commercial HVAC installations across Dallas, TX. This includes full-system builds from ductwork to equipment, piping, and electrical connections.

• Install complete commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, curbs, units, piping, and electrical

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Ensure proper functioning by repairing or replacing HVAC system components

• Operate hand and power tools with precision and safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site

• Work closely with team members to deliver on project timelines

• Experience: 6-10 years in commercial/industrial HVAC installation and repair

• Education: High school coursework or equivalent

• Certifications:

  • Apprentice or Journeyman license

  • OSHA 10 or 30

• Assessments: Myers Briggs Personality Assessment, Culture Index, Personality Index

• Background Check & Drug Testing: Required

• Work Environment: Construction sites and commercial buildings
