Your New Role

As a Commercial HVAC Ductwork Field Installer, your typical day starts at 7:00 AM on-site in Houston, TX, or at other nearby project locations. You’ll:

• Read and interpret blueprints to plan ductwork layout

• Install ductwork hangers and sections according to specifications

• Install HVAC equipment and related systems

• Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Collaborate and coordinate with your crew to hit productivity goals

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC ductwork installation

• Must provide own hand tools and have reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to read blueprints and put up sheet metal ductwork hangers

• Willingness to work in hospital, school, and commercial building environments

• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting, and use of hand/power tools

• High school coursework or equivalent

• Must pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify

• Must comply with tobacco-free job site rules when applicable

Preferred but Not Required:

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (we'll provide training after hire if needed)
