Hourly Pay: $18–$28/hr (based on experience)
Schedule Options: Year-round work, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities and occasional weekends
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Central Time)

As a Commercial HVAC Ductwork Field Installer, your typical day starts at 7:00 AM on-site in Houston, TX, or at other nearby project locations. You’ll:
Read and interpret blueprints to plan ductwork layout
Install ductwork hangers and sections according to specifications
Install HVAC equipment and related systems
Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate and coordinate with your crew to hit productivity goals
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

1–5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC ductwork installation
Must provide own hand tools and have reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to read blueprints and put up sheet metal ductwork hangers
Willingness to work in hospital, school, and commercial building environments
Comfortable with physical labor, lifting, and use of hand/power tools
High school coursework or equivalent
Must pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
Must comply with tobacco-free job site rules when applicable
Preferred but Not Required:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (we'll provide training after hire if needed)
