Your New Role

• Oversee daily job site operations for commercial restaurant construction projects in Bonsall, California and throughout California as needed

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope

• Build and maintain weekly schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules

• Submit, track, and manage RFIs and project documentation

• Provide consistent written updates to Project Managers and internal teams

• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and compliance with plans and specifications

• Utilize Procore and mobile technology to manage reporting and documentation

• 8 to 10 years of commercial construction experience preferred

• Candidates with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong project history and the ability to lead job sites independently

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, preferably restaurant or hospitality builds

• Procore experience or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, email communication, and mobile devices including iPads and laptops

• Experience creating and managing three-week look-ahead schedules and handling RFIs

• Ability to travel throughout California based on project needs

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and professional written communication skills

• Experience must be in commercial construction
