Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects headquartered in Alvarado, Texas, with frequent travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments
Manage daily field activities for commercial build-outs, renovations, and ground-up projects
Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and efficiency
Enforce OSHA regulations and job site safety standards
Monitor construction schedules, manpower planning, and productivity targets
Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections
Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure project alignment
Identify and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects on track
Maintain accurate daily logs, documentation, and reporting using construction management tools

Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
Experience with commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate project schedules
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
Knowledge of quality control processes and job site safety standards
Ability and willingness to travel for extended assignments lasting 6+ weeks
Valid driver’s license subject to review per company policy and applicable laws
Proficiency with construction project management software and field reporting systems
OSHA 30 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
