Your New Role

• Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects headquartered in Alvarado, Texas, with frequent travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments

• Manage daily field activities for commercial build-outs, renovations, and ground-up projects

• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and efficiency

• Enforce OSHA regulations and job site safety standards

• Monitor construction schedules, manpower planning, and productivity targets

• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections

• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure project alignment

• Identify and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects on track

• Maintain accurate daily logs, documentation, and reporting using construction management tools

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction

• Experience with commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate project schedules

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes

• Knowledge of quality control processes and job site safety standards

• Ability and willingness to travel for extended assignments lasting 6+ weeks

• Valid driver’s license subject to review per company policy and applicable laws

• Proficiency with construction project management software and field reporting systems

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
