Zadok Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Payson, UT.

This role is for a proven Superintendent with direct General Contractor experience who can lead complex commercial projects from start to finish.

Your New Role

• Work as a Commercial Construction Superintendent on projects in Payson, Utah, and surrounding areas

• Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, schedules, and site logistics

• Keep subcontractors informed and accountable for schedule, safety, and quality expectations

• Read and work from construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents

• Monitor progress and address field issues before they impact the project schedule or budget

• Maintain job site safety standards and construction compliance requirements

• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate field and project documentation

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors

• Use construction management software to track progress and communicate project information

• Oversee projects through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor managing ground-up commercial construction projects

• Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination, construction scheduling, site operations, safety, inspections, and plan execution

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and job site problem-solving skills

• Experience using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend

• Fieldwire experience is a plus

• Experience with multi-story commercial construction strongly preferred, ideally projects of four or more stories

• Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Construction Management degree preferred but not required
