Lead field operations for commercial construction projects based out of Alvarado, TX, with travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments
Oversee commercial interior build-outs, renovations, and ground-up construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
Monitor daily jobsite activities, workforce planning, and production goals
Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
Conduct site meetings, safety talks, and quality control inspections
Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements
Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners
Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and keep projects on track
Complete daily reports, project documentation, and field logs using construction management software

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Demonstrated experience with commercial ground-up construction (required)
Experience managing commercial construction projects, tenant improvements, or renovation projects
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and quality standards
Understanding of jobsite safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments lasting six weeks or longer when needed
Valid driver's license that meets company requirements and applicable laws
Experience using construction management software and digital field reporting tools
OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
