Serve as the on site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Moab, Utah and surrounding areas
Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all phases of construction
Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
Enforce safety protocols and maintain job site compliance
Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
Identify challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment
Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend
FieldWire experience is a plus
Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance
OSHA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
