Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects based out of Alvarado, Texas with travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments
Manage daily field operations including commercial build-outs, renovations, and ground-up construction
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain schedules and productivity
Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe, organized job site
Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and daily progress
Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections
Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to keep projects aligned
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation using construction management software

Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
Experience with commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
Knowledge of job site safety practices and quality control standards
Ability and willingness to travel for extended assignments of 6 weeks or more
Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
Experience with construction project management software and field reporting tools
OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
