This is a field leadership position for someone who takes ownership, drives performance, and delivers results. At BKB, we run organized, well-supported projects. Our Superintendents are trusted to lead from the front, control the jobsite, and execute at a high level.
Owns the jobsite from mobilization through closeout
Leads subcontractors with authority, professionalism, and accountability
Drives schedule and sequencing with precision and urgency
Maintains a clean, safe, and highly organized site at all times
Communicates clearly with the project team and pushes issues before they become problems
Upholds the standards of execution that define BKB
This role is for a leader who is tired of chaos, poor planning, and constant firefighting and is ready to step into a company that operates with structure, support, and purpose.

$100,000–$135,000 based on experience

Projects you’ll actually be proud to build
You’ll lead daily field operations on commercial restaurant and retail construction projects from mobilization through closeout. Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day jobsite operations
Coordinating subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and scheduling
Driving production while maintaining quality standards
Maintaining jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Managing field logistics and project sequencing
Reading plans and solving field issues quickly
Communicating with PMs, vendors, inspectors, and ownership teams
Maintaining daily reports and project documentation
Keeping projects on schedule and moving forward
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a clean, efficient commercial jobsite
10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Restaurant, retail, or tenant improvement experience preferred
Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination
Ability to manage multiple trades confidently
Strong communication and accountability
Ability to solve problems without constant oversight
OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
Can operate a computer, tablet, and smartphone and has the ability to send clear emails, RFI’s, and correspondence
Is Procore Certified, or can be Procore Certified prior to employment
Valid driver’s license
