What you’ll be doing

• Lead day-to-day operations on commercial construction job sites

• Manage subcontractors, crews, and site activities

• Maintain and drive project schedules to keep work on track

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics

• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues in real time

• Communicate progress, delays, and updates to project managers
