Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience
Quarterly performance bonus of 2.5% to 5% tied to project profitability
Estimated total annual compensation of up to $120,000 for eligible employees based on performance
Office based position in Alvarado, TX, with travel to project sites across the United States

Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects simultaneously, depending on project size and complexity, while based in Alvarado, TX
Lead commercial projects valued from $100,000 to $5 million through preconstruction, construction, and project closeout
Build and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, and scopes of work
Coordinate daily project needs with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
Manage essential construction documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track project progress and help ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations
Visit project sites to evaluate schedules, project standards, and safety practices
Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project updates, and work through issues that could affect successful delivery
Lead project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, as builts, and warranties

3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience, or 2 or more years of commercial construction project management experience
Commercial ground up construction experience
Experience managing project budgets, construction schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX
OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification with company support
