Annual salary of $75,000 to $120,000, based on experience

Based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with travel to project sites as required
Manage commercial construction projects through every phase from planning to completion
Monitor project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall execution
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, project owners, vendors, and subcontractors
Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews
Coordinate procurement of materials to support project schedules
Mentor and support Project Engineers and field personnel
Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards across all job sites
Utilize Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office throughout project execution
Provide field support when needed to help keep projects on schedule and aligned with project goals

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience working for a general contracting company
Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects and construction contracts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline
Experience with AutoCAD is required
Familiarity with Onscreen Takeoff is preferred
OSHA 30 certification
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and job site needs
