Your New Role

• Based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with travel to project sites as required

• Manage commercial construction projects through every phase from planning to completion

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall execution

• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, project owners, vendors, and subcontractors

• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews

• Coordinate procurement of materials to support project schedules

• Mentor and support Project Engineers and field personnel

• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards across all job sites

• Utilize Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office throughout project execution

• Provide field support when needed to help keep projects on schedule and aligned with project goals

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience working for a general contracting company

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects and construction contracts

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline

• Experience with AutoCAD is required

• Familiarity with Onscreen Takeoff is preferred

• OSHA 30 certification

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and job site needs
