Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects at a time, depending on size and complexity, based in Alvarado, TX
Oversee projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
Handle project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to review timelines, standards, and safety practices
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, as-builts, and warranties

3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience or 2 or more years as a project manager
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX
OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support
