Your New Role

• Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects at a time, depending on size and complexity, based in Alvarado, TX

• Oversee projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million from pre-construction through closeout

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes

• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants

• Handle project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations

• Conduct site visits to review timelines, standards, and safety practices

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates

• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, as-builts, and warranties

• 3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience or 2 or more years as a project manager

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination

• Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX

• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain with company support
