Your New Role

• Location: Murfreesboro, TN with travel to project sites

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion

• Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and project execution

• Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and project owners

• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews

• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material procurement

• Support and guide Project Engineers and field teams

• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards on all job sites

• Use tools such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD

• Provide on-site support as needed to keep projects on schedule

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a general contracting company

• Strong background managing commercial construction projects and contracts

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff preferred

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and adapt to changing project demands
