Location: Based in Murfreesboro, TN with travel to assigned project locations
Lead and manage all aspects of projects including budget, schedule, and staffing
Work closely with general contractors, architects, and project owners
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews
Oversee vendors, subcontractors, materials purchasing, and documentation
Recruit, train, and mentor team members such as Project Engineers
Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance are followed on-site
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD
Be ready to assist with field activities when necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally in construction, general contracting, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industries
Experience managing contract documentation
Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus
OSHA-30 certification required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to changing project schedules
