Your New Role

Location: Based in Murfreesboro, TN with travel to assigned project locations

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion including budget, schedule, and staffing coordination

• Partner with general contractors, architects, and project owners throughout project execution

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews

• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, materials procurement, and documentation

• Recruit, train, and guide team members including Project Engineers

• Maintain adherence to safety procedures and OSHA requirements on site

• Use project management and design tools including Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD

• Provide field support when project conditions require it

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience with a general contracting company

• Strong experience managing commercial construction project contracts and related documentation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff is helpful

• OSHA 30 certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and adjust to changing project timelines
