Location: Murfreesboro, TN with travel to project sites
Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and project execution
Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and project owners
Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material procurement
Support and guide Project Engineers and field teams
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards on all job sites
Use tools such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD
Provide on-site support as needed to keep projects on schedule

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience with a general contracting company
Strong background managing commercial construction projects and contracts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff preferred
OSHA 30 certification required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and adapt to changing project demands
