Your New Role

• Prepare accurate estimates from plans, specifications, and bid documents in Louisville, KY

• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis

• Use PlanSwift and Bluebeam for estimating and document review

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing

• Collaborate with project managers to align scope, budgets, and timelines

• Review contracts, scopes, and change orders for financial accuracy

• Maintain organized bid documentation and track project data

• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

• 5 to 10 years of construction experience with estimating responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction estimating and bidding processes

• Proficiency with PlanSwift required

• Experience with Bluebeam preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
