Your new role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service that converts calls into sales.

• Travel to client's home and discuss HVAC systems upgrade options
• Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
• Promoting and selling additional products and services
• Meeting key performance metrics and/or sales goals
• Providing knowledgeable and courteous service

This job is for you if:

• You have 1-2 years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a knack for sales.
• You’re equipped with EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the drive to provide top-notch customer interactions.
• You’re looking for a career where your ability to lift customer spirits (and occasionally up to 100 lbs) will be as valued as your sales acumen.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least 1 - 2 years of HVAC experience required
• Ability to use a computer for estimates and ordering
• Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
• Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
• Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license, TDLR registration (or eligible to acquire), EPA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• We are also looking for technicians who have had 4 years or more of experience servicing residential systems who are looking to transition into sales while continuing to run service calls and maintenance
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
