As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll represent ALLRED’s trusted brand by helping homeowners across Auburn, WA, and surrounding cities find the right HVAC solutions for their needs. Your days will include:
Meeting with qualified homeowners in their homes to assess comfort needs
Educating customers on system upgrades, energy efficiency, and cost-saving options
Delivering clear, compelling in-person proposals using our proven sales process
Offering financing options and walking customers through the decision-making process
Maintaining a full sales pipeline and following up with leads in a timely, professional manner
Transferring job information to our operations team to ensure perfect installations
Following up after installs for quality control and to plant referral seeds

2+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience
Confident and professional in face-to-face customer interactions
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfortable using tech tools and CRM systems
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of retail or in-home sales experience
Highly goal-oriented with a drive to win
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to read the room, build rapport quickly, and close the deal
Sales psychology savvy and confidence in presenting high-ticket items
