Your New Role

  • Meet with homeowners in Auburn, WA and surrounding areas to assess HVAC needs

  • Present system options and explain comfort, efficiency, and long-term value

  • Follow a structured sales process to deliver clear recommendations

  • Review financing options and help customers make informed decisions

  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation handoffs

  • Follow up after installation to support customer satisfaction and referrals

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in-home or consultative sales

  • Comfortable working face-to-face with customers

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
