Your New Role

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate heating and cooling needs

• Educate clients on HVAC options and create customized proposals

• Manage the full sales process: proposals, change orders, and follow-up communication

• Self-generate leads while also working company-provided opportunities

• Oversee job sites as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

• Perform Manual J and D calculations, ensure compliance with codes, and submit rebate/warranty information

• Represent Silver Spur Air, Heating & Plumbing across Fort Worth, TX, and the North Texas service area with professionalism and energy

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (HVAC experience a plus)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and walking customers through proposals

• Ability to perform Manual J and D calculations and ensure code compliance

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday
