Your New Role

• Generate, manage, and close leads

• Evaluate HVAC needs and create tailored solutions for homeowners

• Perform Comfort Surveys

• Maintain closing ratios: 75% on tech-generated leads, 50% on marketed leads

• Ensure proper collections

• Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and energy

• Sales experience preferred; HVAC experience a plus

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
