As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll be more than just a salesperson. You’ll be a trusted consultant providing home comfort solutions that deliver real value. Your key responsibilities include:
Promoting the Total Comfort Services brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Engaging customers with a solutions-oriented, value-added approach to sales.
Offering a range of options that focus on customer benefits beyond price alone.
Adhering to core company values, customer satisfaction standards, and a team-first mindset.
Achieving sales goals of $1.8 million or more annually at excellent gross margins.
