Your New Role

• Operate Thermwood Cut Ready CNC machines to cut and drill cabinet components in Louisville, KY

• Produce high-quality cabinet parts with accuracy and consistency

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and design specifications

• Perform edgebanding on cabinet components as needed

• Assist with cabinet assembly and production tasks when required

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal output

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve workflows

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking or manufacturing environment

• Experience with cabinetry or commercial casework preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

• Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow efficiently

• Authorization to work in the United States
