Our client support and recruiting operations depend on accurate data, organized systems, and consistent administrative execution.
Without that foundation, workflows break, candidate pipelines become unreliable, and team efficiency drops.
The Client Support Administrative Assistant exists to maintain the integrity of our systems and support the team through consistent, detail-oriented execution. You ensure that data is accurate, records are clean, and administrative processes are followed correctly.
We hire for a few core “quotients.” You do not need to be perfect in all of them, but you must come in strong and be able to learn fast.
Attention to Detail
You catch inconsistencies, missing information, and errors before they create downstream issues. Accuracy is a priority, not an afterthought.
Process Discipline
You follow documented workflows and maintain consistency across repetitive tasks. You do not cut corners.
Organization and Data Integrity
You keep systems structured, records clean, and documentation up to date so the team can rely on accurate information.
Technology Comfort
You are comfortable working within ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and document management systems while maintaining accuracy.
Administrative Support
Support the Client Support Team with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations running efficiently.
Data Entry and System Management
Update and maintain internal documents, operational files, and candidate records with a high level of accuracy.
ATS Management
Review, parse, and transfer candidate information between Applicant Tracking Systems while ensuring proper organization and completeness.
Data Quality Control
Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing details, or errors within candidate submissions and records.
Internal coordination
Work across recruiting and support teams to ensure client-related tasks are completed on time and properly documented.
Operational Support
Assist with general administrative work that supports recruiting and client support workflows.

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Schedule
Full-time, weekdays between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Previous experience as an administrative assistant, recruiting coordinator, or operations support role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data entry with high accuracy
Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms is a plus
Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed or other online recruiting platforms is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and document management tools
Clear written communication and the ability to follow documented processes
