Your New Role: 

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our customers trust. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, maintain excellent client relations, and ensure our services meet the highest standards. Your duties will include effective communication, problem-solving, coordinating with the dispatch team, and performing daily office tasks. You’re the linchpin in our mission to deliver unsurpassed service.
