This is a part-time position, 18-34 hours a week.

Your New Role:

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the backbone of our Client Advisory Team (CAT). Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Process incoming leads: Collaborate with the CAT to handle leads from various sources quickly and accurately.
• Efficient lead routing: Ensure leads are directed to the right team members using a systematic approach.
• Facilitate communication: Keep the communication flowing smoothly between the CAT and other teams, updating everyone on lead status.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep all lead information up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate efforts: Assist in streamlining lead management processes, acting as a bridge between CAT and other departments.

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in routing tasks and assignments efficiently
• Availability to work every Monday and Saturday is required
• Customer service experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
