Lead the full lifecycle of civil construction projects—from kickoff to closeout
Develop detailed scopes, timelines, and budgets, and drive performance to meet or beat targets
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
Mentor and manage project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability
Enforce top-tier quality standards and maintain strict safety compliance
Conduct site visits, manage risk proactively, and adapt project plans when needed
Report on timelines, budgets, and progress to both stakeholders and executive leadership
Deliver results that align with Major Contracting Group’s commitment to integrity, safety, and excellence

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
At least 5 years of project management experience in civil construction
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Deep understanding of civil construction operations, regulations, and standards
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools
PMP certification preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Must be open to background check and drug testing
