Your New Role

• Lead the full lifecycle of civil construction projects—from kickoff to closeout

• Develop detailed scopes, timelines, and budgets, and drive performance to meet or beat targets

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution

• Mentor and manage project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability

• Enforce top-tier quality standards and maintain strict safety compliance

• Conduct site visits, manage risk proactively, and adapt project plans when needed

• Report on timelines, budgets, and progress to both stakeholders and executive leadership

• Deliver results that align with Major Contracting Group’s commitment to integrity, safety, and excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• At least 5 years of project management experience in civil construction

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

• Deep understanding of civil construction operations, regulations, and standards

• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools

• PMP certification preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

• Must be open to background check and drug testing
