What You’ll Do

• Perform exterior carpentry, repair, and restoration work throughout the Seattle Metro area

• Complete siding, framing, waterproofing, rot repair, and other exterior carpentry projects

• Identify structural and building envelope issues, including water intrusion, dry rot, and framing damage

• Install windows and doors and complete deck construction and exterior restoration work

• Read and follow project scopes, measurements, and construction specifications

• Support job site workflow, material organization, and project timelines

• Complete projects according to quality standards, production goals, and safety procedures

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and field team members

• Keep job sites organized and professional

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment

Required

• At least 2 years of framing or siding experience

• Currently working in a carpentry role

• At least 3 years of dedicated exterior carpentry experience

• Hands-on experience with framing, siding, and exterior carpentry

• Understanding of structural framing and building envelope systems

• Ability to follow project scopes, meet quality standards, and contribute effectively as part of a crew

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English for job site coordination, safety instructions, and customer interactions

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to work

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform the physical duties of the position throughout the workday

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

● Exterior carpentry, rot repair, waterproofing, or structural repair experience
