Your New Role

As the Call-by-Call Manager in Knightstown, IN, you’ll be the operational hub—managing service calls in real-time, dispatching techs, analyzing ticket performance, and optimizing every single job for success.

  • Monitor and manage incoming plumbing service calls in real-time

  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, proximity, and job priority

  • Conduct post-call reviews with techs on job performance, ticket details, and pricing

  • Provide field support—pricing guidance, decision-making help, and more

  • Communicate with customers for scheduling, updates, and satisfaction follow-up

  • Track job progress, materials used, and tech productivity metrics

  • Collaborate with the office team for accurate billing and customer records

  • Spot upsell opportunities and coach techs to improve ticket performance

  • Maintain clean logs and daily summaries to measure success

Job requirements

  • Prior experience in dispatching, service coordination, or call center operations (plumbing or HVAC preferred)

  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with plumbing service processes and terminology is a major plus

  • Comfort using scheduling software and CRMs (ServiceTitan experience is ideal)
