As the Call-by-Call Manager in Knightstown, IN, you’ll be the operational hub—managing service calls in real-time, dispatching techs, analyzing ticket performance, and optimizing every single job for success.
Monitor and manage incoming plumbing service calls in real-time
Dispatch technicians based on availability, proximity, and job priority
Conduct post-call reviews with techs on job performance, ticket details, and pricing
Provide field support—pricing guidance, decision-making help, and more
Communicate with customers for scheduling, updates, and satisfaction follow-up
Track job progress, materials used, and tech productivity metrics
Collaborate with the office team for accurate billing and customer records
Spot upsell opportunities and coach techs to improve ticket performance
Maintain clean logs and daily summaries to measure success

Prior experience in dispatching, service coordination, or call center operations (plumbing or HVAC preferred)
