Pay: $23 to $26 per hour based on experience
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
Overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Build and assemble custom cabinetry and laminate casework in Louisville, Kentucky
Laminate sheets to precise specifications for durability and finish quality
Install cabinet hardware including hinges, undermount drawer slides, doors, and drawer fronts
Operate power tools such as routers and nail guns safely and efficiently
Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to meet project standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

1 to 3 years of cabinet making or woodworking experience preferred
Experience with commercial casework and laminate cabinetry strongly preferred
Ability to safely operate power hand tools including routers and nail guns
Skilled in installing cabinet hardware such as hinges and drawer slides
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 75 pounds frequently
Willingness to learn new skills such as solid surface work
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
