Your New Role

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

• Laminate commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, and full sheets of material

• Apply laminate accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality specifications

• Hand edge band cabinet components

• Hand laminate specialty pieces and custom applications

• File, trim, and finish laminate to produce precise, professional results

• Safely operate routers, nail guns, and other woodworking power tools

• Follow written and verbal production instructions and established shop procedures

• Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality

• Assist with cabinet manufacturing and other shop production responsibilities as needed

• Keep your work area organized and follow established workplace safety procedures

• At least 1 year of professional experience laminating commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, or similar products

• Experience applying laminate sheet materials and producing high-quality finished work

• Ability to hand edge band cabinet components

• Experience hand laminating specialty pieces and custom applications

• Proficiency in filing and trimming laminate to finished-quality standards

• Ability to safely operate routers, nail guns, and other power hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Willingness to assist with additional cabinet shop and production responsibilities

• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation
