Your New Role

Based in Spring Valley, CA, you will serve as our key point of contact for driving new business opportunities for Controlled Entry Specialists across San Diego County and the surrounding areas. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and engagement to closing deals and everything in between. Expect to:

  • Report to the office daily

  • Review and follow up on leads and surveys

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Present solutions and close deals in residential, commercial, and municipal markets

  • Navigate online bid portals and participate in plan check processes

  • Deliver excellent customer experiences from proposal to project closeout

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C outside sales, preferably in a construction or security services setting

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • CDL Class C license

  • Proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • CRM systems

    • Online bid portals and plan check procedures

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage customer accounts and maintain a consistent follow-up routine

  • Comfortable working in varied environments, from office settings to active job sites
