Located in Omaha, NE, you’ll take on a key role in engineering and delivering top-tier building automation systems. You’ll work both in-office and out in the field—think schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and active construction sites. You’ll be responsible for:
Reviewing project specs and sequences of operation
Selecting components like DDC controllers, sensors, valves, and actuators
Designing control system wiring diagrams using Visio
Programming DDC controllers and building system graphics for Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
Troubleshooting system issues and fine-tuning performance

1–2 years of relevant experience in building automation or a transferable technical field
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
Experience with DDC controller programming and using Visio for system drawings
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Tobacco-free while on site
